3. Emergency Alert System

Our emergency alert system includes shake detection, pattern recognition, and long-press alerts. By using these features, you acknowledge:

• Alerts will notify your emergency contacts and may contact security partners
• False alarms may result in service restrictions
• Response times may vary based on circumstances
• System effectiveness depends on proper device configuration

4. Location Services

Location services are critical for emergency response. You agree to:

• Enable necessary device permissions for location tracking
• Allow location sharing during emergencies
• Understand location accuracy limitations
• Accept battery usage implications of location services

5. Security Partners

Our security partner network provides emergency response services. Terms include:

• Response availability may vary by location
• Additional charges may apply for premium services
• Partners operate under separate terms and conditions
• We are not liable for partner response times or actions

6. Subscription and Payments

• Damages resulting from service use or inability to use

We may terminate or suspend access to our service for:

• Repeated false alarms

• Non-payment of subscription fees
